   Antique Dutch Brass Jardiniere Planter Coal Bucket 19th Century Lion Head... 3 paw feet and lion head handles. One leg had been broken off and was screwed back in place(see photos). Fairly sturdy but with slight wobble. Polished and in fairly good usable condition. With inner lining that is waterproof but the bucket itself isn't due to aged wear and tear.    A great old shed find - An ANTIQUE COPPER COAL BUCKET / SCUTTLE which could easily become a prop or set decoration for a shop or coal merchant. Overall it is in solid used condition but it has taken a knock at the base at the front which needs tapping back into place with a dolly. This has parted the seam slightly so if you wanted it to hold water it won't (very easy repair). There is some residue to one of the handle hinges which needs cleaning off - it looks like a tube of mastic dropped on to it.    Here I have a Lovely Large Antique Vintage Copper Brass Banded hand hammered Log coal bin tub or large planter Jardiniere. Rolled top edge and riveted base. Condition is good just age used related wear. Few marks knocks dings ect. One handle fixing is missing a few pins the other 1 pin but this does not effect lifting the bin it's just something that may effect its use over time. Top edge is 37cm across.
