   Made by John Phillips & Co Glasgow. Measures around 14" at its widest point and is 8" in height. The pot is beautifully dovetailed and has a hammered finish. On the side is stamped with the makers mark and the opposite side has a military mark. The top has on opening of 10" and has an outside rolled edge of 12".    ANTIQUE COPPER KETTLE TEAPOT WILLIAM SOUTTER? DOVETAIL TAILED & ACORN FINIAL. Large well made copper kettle / teapot with dovetailed joints and acorn finial to the lid. Cannot find makers marks on the item but it is a very close match to items made by William Soutter & Sons. There are a few minor dents to the body and it has a nice patina that we have not cleaned.    Antique 19th century hammered copper fish kettle. Hand crafted using a dovetail joint around the base and up near one handle. The brass handles are firmly fixed with steel rivets and the pan is tin lined. The lid has been cut and shaped from one sheet of copper. Dimensions - 50cm L x 19cm W x 8cm D internally / 60cm L x 13cm H incl. Handles / Weight 3.1kg. A genuinely artisan piece which appears a slightly imperfect shape, this is how it was made - nothing like the mass produced ones you can freely find.   High quality Rare antique 19th century Benham & Sons / Froud copper kettle. Dovetailed around the base, up along the back and the length of the spout. The handle is firmly rivetted into place. The kettle and lid are both tin lined. Stamped on the top of the kettle with the sought after mark of'Benham & Sons, Wigmore St. London and with the cross and orb mark on the base.
