   Scroll-footed square iron base is pierced with a basket weave pattern. It supports the pitcher shaped garnisher having an inverted cone-shaped lower section which has been recently painted dark green. This green color is based on traces found on protected areas. The throat is extremely narrow and flares out to form the spout. An elaborately foliated and scrolled handle is attached to the throat and spout.
