   PAIR OF COPPER VASES A scarce antique pair of Arts & Crafts copper vases attributed to John Williams. Worked in the repousse method with applied twin handles, these vases are hammered and punched in low relief with scaly fish swimming amongst waterweed. Williams was a founder member of the Guild of Handicraft and went on to teach at Hammersmith School of Arts. He was also involved with the Home Arts and Industries Association and the Fivemiletown Art Metalwork classes in County Tyrone. Date: Late 19th Century, circa 1896.
